Monopoly For Dogs
Dogopoly is a clever game based on Monopoly but, using a doggie theme. Instead of Park Place and Boardwalk, there are dog territories, tracks and paths. There are even trees and telephone poles and a trip to the pound for players.
The game has 8 dog playing pieces and uses dog bone currency. The game is for ages 8 and up. And, two to six players can play at one time.
In the game, each player takes on the role of a dog walking on the sidewalk around the neighborhood and encounter things in a typical dog’s life such as trees, telephone poles, fire hydrants, and a park.
Players collect bones at Home and they have to avoid the dog catcher and the vet. You can buy a territory for your doghouse and more territories in your neighborhood. You can charge rent to other dogs that stop by.
The average game takes about 1 ½ hours, but there are ways to speed up the game with different playing rules. Learn more about the game or order your own at Dogopoly.
